Information on this site
Our how-to guides and plumbing tips are general information, not advice for your specific home. Plumbing work can involve water, gas and electricity; if you're not sure, call a licensed plumber. Prices, coupons and offers on the site can change and are confirmed when we quote your job.
Requests and appointments
Sending a request or booking online asks us to contact you; it is not a confirmed appointment until we confirm it. Every job is priced before work starts. A regular service call is $49 and is waived if you go ahead with the work. If the problem can't be seen right away, diagnosing it is a separate fee. Visits on nights, weekends and holidays carry a $250 after-hours fee, paid upfront.
Coupons
One coupon per visit unless the coupon says otherwise. Coupons can't be combined with other offers, have no cash value and must be mentioned when you book or before work starts.
Warranty
Repairs come with 1 year on parts and labor, on top of any manufacturer warranty. See our guarantees.
