Workmanship
Every repair comes with 1 year on parts and labor, on top of any manufacturer warranty. All work meets the applicable plumbing code. If something we fixed isn't right, we come back and make it right.
Transparent pricing
Mike diagnoses the problem first, then gives you a flat price for the job. No work starts until you agree to it, and the price doesn't change once the work starts. A regular service call is $49, waived if you go ahead with the work; nights, weekends and holidays add a $250 after-hours fee, paid upfront.
Satisfaction
We explain what we found and what we did, and we clean up before we leave. If you're not happy with a job, call Mike directly and he'll sort it out.

- Shut the main valve. Usually where the water line enters, near the meter.
- Kill power to anything wet, from the breaker panel, if you can reach it dry.
- Open a low faucet to drain the pipes and take pressure off the leak.
